Pour tous les budgets, tous les niveaux, du débutant au grand professionnel, la pomme est un bonheur à cuisinier.
La pomme est certainement le roi de la santé dans le monde. Vous pouvez soit manger une pomme crue ou un verre de jus de ce fruit vertueux et être assuré.
Une pomme par jour éloigne le médecin

Sports

Sports is a very important activity in our lives. We are usually tired all the time because of studying/working or anything else. So a regular exercise program can help us to enjoy our body and 
to avoid tiredness caused by our lifestyles.
We should exercise daily, of course according to our age.
Keeping your body in good working condition for daily life and health isn't about running marathons; it's about maintaining a healthy level of physical activity. You can start to exercise at any age, the young and old should incorporate regular physical activity into their everyday lives.
So here is two examples:

Stretching:

Stretching is important for warming up before daily routine. It has a lot of benefits in terms of improving elasticity and blood circulation


Back Exercices:


If you make these ones a habit, you'll surely be in a good health and you'll gain a lot of benefits. (of course with eating healthy food)
Exercicing Benefits :
1. Get healthy.
2. Lose weight and look better.
3. Relieve stress.
4. More self-confidence and more energy.
5. Make new friends and be more active with the old ones.

Re-organize your bed time schedule after long vacation


After a long vacation and crazy summer, obviously your bed time schedule is in horrible mess. Because waking up early means a horrific torture, you feel like zombie and your head is full of wet sand, especially when schools/universities are back. Are you tired of those restless night? Do you want to effectively wake up early and become more of a morning person?

To leave your bad habits under the bed, follow these simple steps.

1- start a nighttime routine 
like: showering, drinking warm milk, listening to classical music, or doing relaxing exercises such as yoga, and if you’re reading, make sure to read without any bright lights.

2- Sleeping enough will help you wake up earlier :
·8 to 9 hours of sleep for women
·7 to 9 hours of sleep for men.

3- Sleep with the curtains half-open
You know how we just said light keeps you awake? The natural sunlight will be perceived by your body, even when you're asleep.

4- Put your alarm clock away from your bed
When it's out of reach, you're forced to get out of bed. Putting it next to your bed is just a temptation to hit the snooze button and fall back to sleep.

5- Avoid drinking caffeinated drinks at night 
It will keep your body awake and ultimately cause insomnia. Limit your daily consumption to less than 500 mg per day.

6- Go to bed right when you start feeling tired 
The best time to go to bed is when you can't stop yawning and feel the need to just close your eyes and lay your head down.

7 Subtract 8 hours from the time you wake up
Determine how long it actually takes you to fall asleep.

Few steps can make your skin looks ten times better , cleaner and softer!

1-Keep your body hydrated all the time

Water is the building block of life as we know it, and you should be proactive about keeping yourself hydrated even when you aren’t training or being active. The Mayo Clinic has found that an average daily water intake for a man is about three liters. But hydration isn’t the only benefit you’ll experience from drinking that much your general health should improve as well.


2-Moisturizing is essential


It is important to choose daily moisturizing skin care products that balance the level of water within the skin to keep it always soft.



3-Sun protection


Especially during summer, sun protection is one of our priorities. Apply your suncream when you're going out and re-apply it if you are spending the whole day out. It protects your skin from sun exposure rash.



4-Use bio products


You all need to get away from products full of chemical stuff whether it is makeup, skincare products, etc, because they eventually end up hurting your skin. You can always find other alternatives like aloe vera.




5-Don't neglect the lips


Always use a lip balm for your lips , you can find it in any drugstore nearby.


6- Gentle cleansing


Taking care of sensitive skin begins with make-up removal. In order not to stress your skin and to respect its natural balance, make sure to use a pH-neutral make-up remover, specially formulated to cleanse your epidermis gently.

Super fruits

Super fruits! What are they? Why do we call them like that? Have you ever wondered about that? 

We have the answer.

Kiwi: Tiny but mighty !




-It is a good source of potassium, magnesium, Vitamin E & fiber.Its vitamin C content is twice than of an orange.


Watermelon: The coolest thirst quencher .





- 92 % of it is water , but it boosts our immune system and fights cancer. It also contains Vitamin C and potassium.


Apple: An apple a day , keeps the doctor away.






-Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids, which enhance the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.


Orange: The sweetest medecine.

Des masques naturels pour une peau plus belle

Bonjour les filles! Je vais vous suggérer des masques ultra facils pour une peau belle et bien nourrie. 



Le1er masque: Ceci est un masque nourrissant.


Ce que vous avez besoin:








- une cuillère à café de banane rapé

- une cuillere à soupe de miel


Comme le banane est un fruit complet qui renferme de précieux nutriments et un cocktail de vitamines, et le miel répare les gerçures et nourrit durablement la peau, ce masque est trés efficace pour la peau. Laissez reposer 10 minutes et laver avec de l'eau tiède. 


Le  2éme masque: Ceci est un masque nourrissant spécialement pour les peaux séches pour retrouver l’élasticité, la douceur et l’éclat.













Ce que vous avez besoin: 

- 1 cuillère à soupe de miel

- 1 cuillère à café de crème fraîche épaisse (ou yaourt nature)
- 1 cuillère à café d’huile d’olive


Laissez reposer 10 ou 15 minutes et laver avec de l'eau tiède. 




L'utilisation de l'huile de ricin avant d'aller dormir: 

Vous pouvez le faire pendant trois jours consécutifs pour le traitement de l'acné. Lors de l'application de l'huile de ricin, d'éliminer les boutons. L'huile de ricin fonctionne pour fermer les pores de la peau et se débarrasser de l'huile, de l'huile de ricin contient des ingrédients naturels pour une peau saine., Vous pouvez utiliser n'importe quelle marque d'huile de ricin tous avoir des résultats efficaces pour la peau

Easy ways to get rid of pimples





Most people find themselves suffering from an acne outbreak at some point, whether it's due to hormones or stress. Contrary to popular belief, pimples don't necessarily mean your skin is dirty or unclean in fact, over-cleansing can irritate your skin even more. So I just wanted to give you some advice about how to get rid from acne and then you can have your glowing, healthy, and pimple-free skin back in no time.


-Make sure to wash your face twice daily with a cleanser.

-Moisturize. Your skin is an organ in your body, just like your kidney. Like your kidney, it needs to be fed with water and moisture to function properly. That's where moisturizing comes in. After every time you wash your face, moisturize.


-Use sunscreen to protect your skin.


-Get enough rest, exercise, and reduce stress in your life.


-Don't touch spots. If your skin is oily, don't rub it with your fingers because it just spreads oil and grease and bacteria.


-Wash your face and drink plenty of water.

-Never scratch at a pimple scab or at a pimple; It will leave a mark.


-Don't be discouraged if one method doesn't work! Everyone is different and we all have different ways to help ourselves.


-Have patience! Pimples don't diminish overnight!


-Drink lots of water to keep your body hydrated.
