Meanings

Love : Is when someone makes you feel like you’re the most gorgeous person in the world even in your worst shapes ; When you miss someone even when they’re in the next room ; When we’re ready to sacrifice ourselves without thinking of the consequences.

Trust : is a little kid who jumps from any place at any moment with 100% certainty that there would be someone there to catch him. When we smile during difficult situations because we believe that Allah won't let us down no matter how bad things go sometimes

Confidence: is achieving your dreams on your own , or to be more fair , thanks to your hard work. It is seeing someone inspired by you or having you as their idol.

Hope : Is a sick person waking up everyday just to wait for a cure to an incurable disease ; Kids living in countries in the war and go everyday to their destroyed schools.

World Prettiest Woman

Born in March 13 1989 in Texas, US . Born 4 weeks prematurely …Her birth weight was 1.219Kg.

Gratuated from the Texas University majoring in communication studies.

Named Elizabeth Ann Velàsquez and known as “the World Ugliest Woman” … Miss Velasquez was born with a syndrome so rare only two other person in the world are known to have it and she’s a one eye blind.

Velasquez’s life changed at the age of 17 when she saw herself in a Youtube video titled “ The ugliest woman in the world” and the comments were so cruel such as “Do the world a favor and put this gun to your head” but instead of taking shelter in tears she chose to be happy and strong and realize that this syndrome is a blessing to get her into the public speaking/inspirationnal world .

Lizzie became a celebrity in December 5 2013 when her speech in TED Talk Austin make the hit and inspired many people to realize that real beauty is the inner and being strong and confident is much more important than looking like a barbie ….

“Lizzie has such an inner strength and sense of humor that anyone can relate to her, we all have difficulties in life, but nothing compared to what she has been through. Her positive attitude elevates the spirit of any person in the world”, said Sara Bordo.

“I am no defect nor am I a Halloween costume. I'm a young adult who in this photo was standing in front of 10,000 people encouraging them that they are ENOUGH! Judgments and hateful comments fade within the hour. Self-respect and self-confidence is what lasts a lifetime” Said Lizzie.

Lizzie was ,still and will always be the symbol of strength and self-confidance. She inspired people. She helped people to see beyond the body and beyond the face. She’s to me the World “Prettiest” Woman.

The bright side of your life

I dream of freedom, of a peaceful world, of beauty, success, inspiration, and big events. I wish for things that are unreachable sometimes, that are hard to get; but still, I wish for them despite everything because I know I can do it. I believe, deep inside, that good things don’t only happen to other people. They can happen to me as well, why not? I remain hopeful no matter what on earth happens and hold tight to that little dream. Incredibly amazing things can happen to you too, to me, to all of us. Our life can change now, but only in case we want that change bad enough, start acting, believing, searching and getting motivated. Don’t pass by the beautiful details in your day without taking enough time to notice them, enjoy them and appreciate their existence in your life. Kiss your mum’s forehead in a random morning; text a friend you haven’t seen for a while; write a letter to yourself and mention all the achievements you have done so far in your life, no matter how small they seem; have a big cup of hot coffee in a cold rainy night; enjoy reading a good book in an early morning; go out just for the sake of breathing some fresh air and smiling to strangers; make a delicious cake and have fun decorating it; party like you’re twenty and advise like you’re eighty; listen to good music and try to read between the lines to get the real meanings of each word; enjoy the sweetness of Quran and its incredible power of healing the scars of broken hearts and conforting the troubled minds. Life is a sweet cup of chocolate, enjoy it !

Re-organize your bed time schedule after long vacation

After a long vacation and crazy summer, obviously your bed time schedule is in horrible mess. Because waking up early means a horrific torture, you feel like zombie and your head is full of wet sand, especially when schools/universities are back. Are you tired of those restless night? Do you want to effectively wake up early and become more of a morning person?

To leave your bad habits under the bed, follow these simple steps.

1- start a nighttime routine
like: showering, drinking warm milk, listening to classical music, or doing relaxing exercises such as yoga, and if you’re reading, make sure to read without any bright lights.

2- Sleeping enough will help you wake up earlier :
·8 to 9 hours of sleep for women
·7 to 9 hours of sleep for men.

3- Sleep with the curtains half-open
You know how we just said light keeps you awake? The natural sunlight will be perceived by your body, even when you're asleep.

4- Put your alarm clock away from your bed
When it's out of reach, you're forced to get out of bed. Putting it next to your bed is just a temptation to hit the snooze button and fall back to sleep.

5- Avoid drinking caffeinated drinks at night
It will keep your body awake and ultimately cause insomnia. Limit your daily consumption to less than 500 mg per day.

6- Go to bed right when you start feeling tired
The best time to go to bed is when you can't stop yawning and feel the need to just close your eyes and lay your head down.

7 Subtract 8 hours from the time you wake up
Determine how long it actually takes you to fall asleep.
